Coke oven machinery is applied in metallurgical field, which consists of a set of equipment necessary for coking. DHHI has been engaged in design and manufacture of coke oven machinery since 1950s and has provided nearly 630 sets of coke oven machineries for about 300 customers both at home and abroad. The products include top-charging and stamping coke oven machinery, heat recovery equipment, coke bucket lifter, etc.

DHHI has over 50 years of history for design and manufacture of metallurgical and mining vehicles. It has powerful technical background and remarkable performance, with over 700 types of metallurgical and mining vehicles produced, including hot iron mixing car, hot iron ladle, under-converter vehicles and “all-in-one-ladle” equipment, etc.

DHHI has over 40 years of history for producing continuous casters and has provided over 100 complete sets of continuous casters for slab, round billet, square billet, etc. as well as ladle turret for domestic key steel & iron making enterprises.

Cranes for metallurgic plant developed and manufactured by DHHI include foundry crane, charging crane, crane with magnet lifting beam, and tongs cranes for slab, coil and ingot, etc. DHHI has provided over 15000 sets of metallurgic-purpose cranes for domestic and overseas markets. These cranes serve the major domestic steel plants and over 30 foreign metallurgic enterprises and always maintain higher market share.

DHHI is the main enterprise in development and manufacture of large submerged arc furnace in China and has supplied over 500 sets of products to the domestic and overseas customers, including dozens of EPC projects. The products mainly include calcium carbide furnace, series manganese alloy furnace, series chromium alloy furnace, series nickel alloy furnace, ferrosilicon furnace and industrial silicon furnace, etc. Up to now, DHHI has developed and produced 6.3-60MVA series submerged arc furnaces and meanwhile made technological reserve for 70-120MVA submerged arc furnaces.

The lime production line includes raw material system, finished product system and lime calcining system, etc., and the lime kiln is the main equipment for achieving lime calcining. The lime kiln is mainly applied in metallurgical and calcium carbide industries and is currently available in many types in the market. DHHI can provide two types of limes kilns, i.e. Maerz kiln and annular shaft kiln, for the customer.

DHHI has over 40 years of history for producing steel smelting equipment. It has provided 190~300t converters, 100~300t molten steel ladles, converter building tower as well as oxygen lance & traversing mechanism, etc. for many well-known domestic and overseas steel plants and gets approval from the customers.

Slag vertical mill is mainly applied in metallurgical and cement industries and is the high-end equipment for treatment of slag and crushed coal. The slag vertical mill developed and manufactured by DHHI includes slag mill, coal, etc.
